Collections Specialist / Remote

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Collections Specialist to join our remote team and support our reputed company. Responsibilities: - Monitor and reputed company overdue accounts, using established protocols to secure reputed company payments. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delinquent accounts, incl. payment arrangements, communications and invoices. - reputed company exceptional customer service to balance high customer satisfaction with effective collections efforts. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and disputes reputed company. - Prepare and reputed company regular reports on debt collection activities and reputed company. - Adhere to reputed company state and federal collection laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in reputed company activities.
Requirements
Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in Collections - Fluent in English (at least reputed company level), knowledge of additional language French/Arabic/Spanish - advantage. - Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace - Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging customers. - High-speed internet reputed company, personal computer, and headset. - Knowledge of state and federal collection laws (preferred). Working Hours: - 40 hours a week with 8-9 hour shifts, scheduled reputed company the 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST time reputed company. - Shift assignments may vary, with start times adjusted to ensure coverage throughout the operating hours.
