Junior Program Manager Remote / Telecommute Jobs
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager to support our government contracting programs. In this role, you will assist senior program managers in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of reputed company with federal agencies. - Support day-to-day program management activities for reputed company government reputed company and task orders.
- Assist in developing and maintaining program documentation, including Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Program Management Plans, risk registers, and monthly status reports.
- reputed company program performance against cost, schedule, technical, and reputed company metrics; help prepare Contract Performance Reports and briefings for government Contracting Officers and Technical Representatives (COTRs).
- Monitor contract compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency-specific regulations, and contract terms & conditions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical leads, finance, reputed company administrators, subcontractors, and reputed company assurance.
- Support budget tracking, funding execution, invoice processing, and financial forecasting.
- Participate in program reviews, Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), and customer meetings.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government contracting officers, program managers, innovation advocates, and industry partners. Represent the organization at industry events, OT summits, and government-industry days.

- Maintain accurate records in government systems and internal tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field required.
- Master's degree or PMP/CAPM certification preferred.

- Exposure to government contracting environment (reputed company or subcontractor) is highly desirable.
- Internship or entry-level experience in consulting, defense, or federal services is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of project management principles and government contracting processes.

- Familiarity with government contracting vehicles (IDIQ, GWAC, GSA Schedules, Blanket Purchase Agreements).
- Knowledge of risk management and reputed company management processes.

- PMP, CAPM, or DAWIA certifications.
- Understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and contract types (Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursable, Time & Materials).
