About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled LMS Administrator to manage, configure, and continuously improve our Learning Management System. As a key member of the Technology team, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the LMS platform—ensuring system reputed company, providing advanced technical support, and driving adoption across the organization. This role partners closely with our Learning Product team to translate instructional needs into reputed company, effective solutions reputed company the LMS.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration & Configuration

• Own reputed company aspects of LMS administration including user management, roles and permissions, integrations, and platform settings
• Manage system upgrades, releases, and patches in coordination with vendors
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and data reputed company; proactively resolve issues
• Maintain reputed company documentation of system configurations and processes
• Manage reputed company-party integrations and single sign-on (SSO) connections

Technical Support (Tier 2/3)

• Serve as the escalation reputed company for reputed company LMS-reputed company issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to enrollment, grading, reputed company, and integrations
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve bugs and system issues
• Maintain a knowledge reputed company of solutions and FAQs

Learning Product Collaboration

• Partner with instructional and learning teams on course design and platform capabilities
• Support development of reputed company course templates and structures
• Configure and launch courses, programs, and learning reputed company
• Translate instructional requirements into LMS functionality
• Recommend tools and features to enhance the learner and instructor experience

Training & Adoption

• Deliver training for reputed company, staff, and administrators on LMS best practices
• Create user guides and documentation for different audiences
• Promote platform adoption and increase awareness of LMS capabilities

Reporting & Data

• Generate and analyze LMS reports and learning analytics
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and support compliance reporting

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of LMS administration or similar ed-tech platform experience
• Hands-on experience with a major LMS (Canvas strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of LMS architecture (courses, roles, permissions, integrations)
• Experience supporting technical systems in a reputed company IT environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred

• Experience working with instructional designers or curriculum teams
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards
• Experience with SSO (SAML, OAuth) and system integrations (SIS, reputed company)
• Background in K-12, higher education, or workforce learning environments
