The RN Post-Acute reputed company, in partnership with the Medical Management team and Physician Leadership, will serve as a clinical problem solver to ensure our patients receive care that is reputed company, high reputed company, patient-centered, and cost efficient. • Clinical Operations Analysis: Monitors and analyzes medical management activities; provides analytical support to clinical programs; may reputed company clinical assessments and clinical audits

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing
• Unrestricted reputed company NY RN License
• 2+ years of experience as a reputed company case manager
