In this role, you will be responsible for the operational reputed company of our personal injury files, specifically driving the intake process and managing medical records retrieval.This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that requires daily communication with Spanish and English-speaking clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.You are not expected to reputed company legal arguments or negotiate settlements; your primary goal is to ensure case files are accurate, complete, and moving reputed company reputed company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening Claims & Intake: Handle new reputed company reputed company, collect crucial accident data (police reports, photos, insurance information), and file initial claims with auto insurance carriers.
• Medical Records Retrieval: Proactively request, follow up on, and organize medical records, billing statements, and lien balances from reputed company providers.
• Bilingual Communication: Serve as a key reputed company of contact for clients, answering questions and providing regular case updates in both English and fluent Spanish (reputed company phone, text, and email).
• Insurance Correspondence: Daily communication with insurance adjusters to verify policy limits, obtain claim numbers, and reputed company claim status.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

• Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of reputed company experience supporting a U.S. or California-based reputed company in a virtual or remote reputed company.
