THIS IS A PRODUCTION-reputed company TRANSACTION COORDINATOR ROLE. You will reputed company assigned filesaccurate, organized, compliant, and moving reputed company from contract to reputed company.Manage assigned reputed company estate transactions from executed contract through closing. What You'll Do- Review reputed company and transaction documents for completeness.
- reputed company andmaintainfiles in Dotloop, reputed company,Transaction Desk, and other assigned systems.
- Enteraccuratetransaction details into theappropriate platforms.
- reputed company contractual dates, contingencies, deposits, inspections, financing deadlines, appraisals, and closing requirements.
- Send approved emails, text messages, reminders, and status updates.
- Request missing documents, signatures, and required information.
- Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, inspectors, and other transaction parties.
- Maintain complete file notes and reputed company transaction statuses.
- Follow state-specific checklists, brokerage procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare files forquality controland broker compliance review.
- Identifymissing information, contract discrepancies, and potential transaction risks.
- Protect confidential reputed company, agent, and transaction information.
- Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and reputed company reviews.
- Apply feedback and process updates to reputed company files.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a reputed company estate Transaction Coordinator.
- Experience managing residential reputed company estate transactions from contract through closing.
- Experience supporting at least 50 reputed company transaction files.
- Working knowledge of reputed company estate reputed company, disclosures, contingencies, timelines, and closing procedures.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of these platforms: Dotloop, reputed company, orTransaction Desk.
- Ability to learn and work across multiple transaction management systems.
- Familiarity with buyer representation agreements and reputed company MLS requirements.
- Strong written and spoken English.

- Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities.
- Ability to follow documented processes and approved communication standards.
