You'll take briefs, raw footage, and creator content and turn them into fast, scroll-stopping videos reputed company specifically for reputed company reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, etc). This is a great role for someone early in their editing career who already has strong instincts for pacing, hooks, and platform-reputed company storytelling, and wants to sharpen those instincts against reputed company performance data.
This is a hands-on, production-reputed company role with room to grow. We're looking for someone who's fast and detail-oriented in the edit bay, but who's equally hungry to understand why an edit works.
Your day-to-day:

- Build strong hooks and pacing designed to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds, and hold attention through the full spot
- Produce multiple cuts and variants (lengths, aspect ratios, hooks, captions) for testing across platforms
- Partner with creative strategists to understand the "why" behind a brief and translate it into reputed company visual choices
- Incorporate feedback rooted in strategic reputed company, not just aesthetic preference
- Help identify opportunities to improve an edit based on what's worked in past campaigns
