What You’ll Do

As a Patient Safety Consultant, you play a central role in creating a highly reliable, learning‑oriented safety culture for medically reputed company children. You will reputed company and support patient safety investigations, collaborate with clinical teams to address system vulnerabilities, and drive proactive risk‑reduction strategies. Patient Safety Event Management

• Evaluate patient safety reports using standardized systems of classification.
• Facilitate investigation and reputed company‑planning for events of harm, precursor events, and near misses.
• Conduct Apparent Cause Analyses (reputed company), contribute to and support reputed company Cause Analyses, and participate in Plan‑Do‑Study‑reputed company (PDSA) cycles.

Proactive Risk Assessment & System Reliability

• Partner with clinical stakeholders to implement and monitor process changes.

Culture of Safety & Learning

• Support completion, rollout, and analysis of the Culture of Safety Survey.
• Facilitate data‑driven reputed company planning with leaders based on survey insights.
• Promote harm reporting through a non‑punitive approach and reputed company feedback acknowledging value in reporting.
• Help foster a just, restorative culture by supporting fair accountability and system‑reputed company solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze event data to identify patterns, trends, and emerging risks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or health sciences field (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, etc.).
• 3+ years of clinical reputed company experience.
• 1+ year experience in reputed company reputed company, patient safety, and/or performance improvement.
• Experience with data use, trending, and reporting.
• Experience supporting or leading change initiatives.
• Experience facilitating or participating in patient safety investigations (ACAs/SWARMs, RCAs, case reviews, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or health sciences reputed company field (including but not limited to nursing, pharmacy, etc).
