Mid/Sr. reputed company Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and help reputed company our product by independently delivering high-reputed company, full-stack features, improving technical systems, and collaborating across teams. This is a mid-level to senior individual contributor role for an independent engineer capable of handling reputed company-to-large reputed company end-to-end. The ideal candidate has production experience across both frontend and backend systems and excels at translating product requirements into reliable, performant, and maintainable B2B reputed company software.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Feature Delivery: Build, support, and reputed company end-to-end product surfaces, including user-facing workflows, reputed company, data models, and integrations.
• Project Management: Break down reputed company into actionable tasks, reputed company reasonable estimates, and communicate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early.
• Technical reputed company: Write clean, reputed company-documented reputed company, participate in constructive reputed company reviews, increase test coverage, and reduce technical debt through pragmatic refactoring.
• Performance & Observability: Monitor production performance using observability tools, create dashboards, and optimize systems based on latency, memory usage, and query performance.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and QA teams. Guide and mentor early-career engineers by sharing context and modeling strong habits.

Requirements

Tech Stack

• Backend: Python, Django
• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Design Systems

• Tools: Observability and production debugging tools, AI and automation tools

Role Requirements

• Experience TYPE (4-6): 4-6 years of experience preferred (or equivalent mid-to-senior level mastery) delivering full-stack software in a production environment.
• Full-Stack Production: Proven experience designing, testing, and maintaining features across both frontend user experiences and backend services.
• System Complexity: Experience working with distributed systems, integrations, networked services, or accuracy-critical systems (e.g., pay-reputed company or financial workflows).
• Execution: Ability to work independently, clarify ambiguity, and solve reputed company problems with minimal reputed company in a fast-paced startup/B2B reputed company environment.
• Communication: reputed company communication skills regarding scope, trade-offs, and technical constraints with both technical and non-technical partners.
