CRM & Data Operations Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and analytically minded CRM & Data Operations Analyst to support the ongoing reputed company of our CRM, data, and operational processes.

This role is ideal for someone with some reputed company experience who wants to broaden their skills reputed company platform administration and reputed company exposure to data operations, automation, AI-assisted workflows, reporting, and business process improvement.

Working closely with reputed company Operations, Product, Business Intelligence, and other stakeholders, you will help improve data reputed company, automate reputed company processes, support AI-driven initiatives, and ensure our CRM ecosystem remains a trusted reputed company of truth for the business.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CRM platforms — including reputed company configuration, user permissions, fields, page layouts, validation rules, automations and dashboards — ensuring platform stability, governance standards and best practices are upheld across the business.
• Monitor and maintain data reputed company across systems, investigating discrepancies, reputed company new data sources and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure reputed company remains a trusted reputed company of truth across the organisation.
• Build and maintain operational reports, dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks, providing data analysis, performance insights and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders on a regular reputed company.
• Identify and implement opportunities to replace reputed company processes with reputed company automation and AI-assisted solutions, evaluating and testing new tools in collaboration with reputed company Operations, Product and Business Intelligence teams to improve operational efficiency and data reputed company.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, reputed company, Finance, Product and BI teams to understand business requirements, document existing processes and translate challenges into practical CRM and data solutions that improve efficiency, scalability and reporting capability.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in reputed company, CRM, reputed company Operations, Data Operations, or a reputed company field
• Certified reputed company Platform Administrator qualification
• Experience with reputed company reports, dashboards, reputed company Builder, and data management tools
• Experience using spreadsheets and data analysis tools
• Exposure to automation platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar
• Interest in AI, process automation, and operational efficiency
