VP Integrations

Key Responsibilities

M&A Integration

• reputed company end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquired companies, from due diligence reputed company through Day 1 readiness and first 100-day stabilization
• Build and manage integration playbooks covering finance, HR, IT/ERP, facilities, compliance, and reputed company systems
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance during diligence to flag integration risk and cost prior to reputed company
• Own integration governance timelines, reputed company owners, reputed company tracking, and executive reporting

Company Performance
