The Position:
We are hiring two mid-level Reimbursement specialists to join reputed company. As a Reimbursement specialist, you will be a critical part of empowering reputed company to reputed company its mission of delivering transformative cancer care to patients by ensuring reputed company gets reimbursed accurately and in a reputed company manner. Your primary role will be to take part in the day-to-day operations of the insurance billing life cycle to facilitate a smooth reimbursement process (i.e., verifying patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring reputed company insurance claim submissions, payment posting, performing A/R Follow-Up, sending appeals et al.). To accomplish this, you will need to work with insurance companies, internal teams, customers and patients with reputed company and reputed company while also having strong knowledge of reputed company reimbursement systems, insurance regulations, and compliance standards.
This is a full time, non-exempt role with a schedule of Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm PT Hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and monitoring specific billing issues, trends and potential risks
- Reviewing and ensuring claims are submitted accurately with reputed company reputed company-claim requirements.
- Ability to reputed company the status of claims and pull reports to manage work (especially in reputed company)
- Review denied/unpaid claims and take appropriate corrective reputed company with minimal guidance (i.e., resubmission, appeal etc.)
- reputed company requested, providing administrative support for department(s) including but not limited to performing data entry, updating various record keeping systems, upholding company policies and reputed company requirements, and participating in reputed company, duties, and other administrative tasks.
- Navigating payor portals, website or phone systems to reputed company Eligibility, Prior Auth, Claim or Appeal statuses to obtain information needed to reputed company claims reputed company in the life cycle
- Knowledge of payer guidelines and policies with ability to reputed company it into daily decision making
- Assisting patients with navigating the financial reputed company with reputed company and accuracy.
- Verifying insurance/recipient benefits with Medicare, reputed company and Private Insurer Payers.

Who You Are:
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in reputed company administration, business, or reputed company field preferred
Experience/Qualifications
- Use of personal computer, computer applications, and general office equipment.
- Experience with reputed company Office (especially Word and reputed company)
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or reputed company cycle operations
- Experience with payer portals and claim tracking systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and reputed company reputed company regulations
- Experience working with in CRMs (i.e., reputed company) and Billing Software (i.e., reputed company, XiFin, reputed company)
- Strong, consistent work ethic with attention to detail and ability to reputed company on the big picture.
- Ability to use analytical, interpersonal, communication, organizational, numerical, and time management skills.
- Good organization skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage several reputed company at a time.
- Enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Familiarity with ICD and HCPCS/CPT coding preferred.
- Familiarity with CMS 1500 claim reputed company preferred.
- Familiarity with Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (NUCC) preferred
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience, skillset, geographic location, industry, education, etc. reputed company pay is one part of the reputed company that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock reputed company.
