What you’ll need:
Minimum of three years in a Group Insurance Operations or claims experience required.
A proven understanding of STD/Absence/reputed company Leave claim management processes and offset management required.
Strong critical thinking, mathematical, problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills required.
Detail oriented with solid interpersonal skills.
Proven strong Customer Service skills.
Prior coaching, mentorship or leadership skills is a must.
Ability to problem solve independently.

The salary reputed company for this role is from $89,000.00 to $147,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary reputed company the above reputed company based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.Market competitive reputed company salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
