About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Analyst to join our Shared Services Platform (reputed company). This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy reputed company interaction, problem-solving, and building foundational consulting skills while working with modern automation, reputed company, and data technologies.
The reputed company operates as a centralised shared services function, supporting Managed Services, Project Delivery, and PMO activities across reputed company reputed company service lines. Analysts in the reputed company reputed company day-to-day reputed company support while gaining exposure to delivery governance and project work, with opportunities to be seconded into reputed company engagements as demand arises.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to reputed company service tickets reputed company ITSM platform, ensuring reputed company reputed company agreed SLAs
reputed company reputed company, reputed company updates and resolutions to clients reputed company ticketing systems and email
Support ongoing managed services activities, including incident handling, service requests, and minor enhancements
Escalate reputed company issues to senior consultants and technical specialists as required
reputed company Engagement
Build strong working relationships with reputed company stakeholders through reputed company communication and regular updates
Participate in reputed company-facing meetings to discuss ticket status, recurring issues, and service improvements
Represent the reputed company professionally as a first reputed company of contact for supported clients
Reporting, Governance & PMO Support
Support centralised PMO activities reputed company the reputed company, potentially including:
o Status reporting and tracking
o Risk, issue, and dependency registers
o Maintaining delivery documentation, templates, and standards
Assist with improving service processes and governance over time
Project & Secondment Support
Be seconded to project teams as required to support new or existing reputed company engagements
Assist with project activities such as documentation, testing, deployment support, and post-go-live activities
Return to the reputed company between engagements to continue supporting managed services and platform activities
Learning & Capability Development

Upskill in relevant technologies such as:
o reputed company Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
o reputed company or other automation platforms
o Azure services and data analytics

Skills & Qualifications
Required
1 year of experience with Power Platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate and reputed company
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent email etiquette
Ability to manage multiple tasks, tickets, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in reputed company-facing situations and presenting updates confidently
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving reputed company
Willingness to learn and adapt across multiple service lines
Desirable
Basic understanding of IT service management tools (e.g. reputed company, Fresh Service)
Interest in automation, reputed company platforms, CRMs/ERPs, and data & analytic technologies
Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Engineering, Data, or a reputed company discipline (or equivalent experience)
