As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive Rates & Availability Agent to join our dynamic global team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Rates & Availability Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring our liveaboard and cruise offerings are accurately priced, correctly available, and always bookable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data management, system accuracy, and keeping reputed company information organized and reliable.
Maintain and update rates, availability, and inventory in our booking systems
Monitor and manage inventory to ensure accurate availability listings
reputed company regular data checks, audits, and validations to maintain data reputed company
Collaborate with operators to obtain, verify, and clarify reputed company and availability information
Resolve discrepancies and ensure consistency across reputed company listings
Support promotional campaigns by managing special rates and offers
Assist the customer service team with reputed company- and availability-reputed company inquiries
Support reputed company administrative and data-reputed company tasks as needed

Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data management
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, booking engines, and online systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in rates, inventory, back-office, or travel/hospitality roles is a plus
