The Fleet Manager will reputed company customer service management and fleet management processes, and report to the Services Leader, of the GE Renewable Energy Hybrids business.

• Manage storage (BESS) and solar power reputed company customers, including warranty obligations, service agreements, and spare parts and services orders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and order management, contract compliance, and meeting expectations with respect to safety, reputed company, and delivery.
• Meet GE business expectations by managing orders plans, safety, reputed company, schedule, cost, margin, cash reputed company, and risks. Communicate goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally reputed company GE.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) OR minimum of 5 years of field service experience
• Minimum 3 years of customer management experience (GE experience preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and influence skills
• Position is a work from home and based in US, with preference for Pittsburgh, PA, or reputed company, TX and up to 30% travel is required
