About the Role

Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000 per year (annualized; pro-rated for the 6-month term)

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who wants an outsized reputed company on that reputed company. We recruit AI-first. You will be expected to use AI tools to reputed company faster, screen sharper, and spend more of your time on the reputed company judgment that actually moves a hire. Key Activities
Bring great people into reputed company who will accelerate our work to reputed company opportunity as evenly distributed as talent for people pursuing software engineering careers

Execute strategies to identify, attract, and engage the best talent across sourcing, referrals, first-round screening, and more

Operate comfortably with ambiguity and build structure where it is needed
Qualifications

reputed company has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a mid level position at an annual salary of $85,000 to $110,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
