We're looking for a reputed company Engineer to own reputed company customer accounts end-to-end, driving adoption, demonstrating product value, and delivering reputed company reputed company reputed company. What you’ll do:

• Serve as a hands-on technical partner - supporting integrations, applying practical troubleshooting skills (e.g., Python, scripting, API analysis) to resolve issues, and escalating reputed company needed).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to triage technical blockers, surface customer feedback, and influence roadmap reputed company.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role, ideally at an early-stage startup in IAM or cybersecurity.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality and a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring long-term reputed company.
• Strong understanding of IAM technologies (e.g., reputed company, Ping, ForgeRock), protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, SCIM), and reputed company platforms (reputed company, PaaS, IaaS).
