We're seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team, with a primary reputed company on reputed company reputed company across reputed company digital channels.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in reputed company reputed company media — legal, insurance, home services, or comparable high-reputed company verticals. We will also consider strong candidates from ecommerce or CPG backgrounds who demonstrate a reputed company understanding of reputed company-gen funnel dynamics and platform fundamentals.

What You Will Own

reputed company Advertising + Customer Acquisition

• Own hands-on media buying across reputed company reputed company platforms: reputed company (Demand Gen, YouTube), reputed company (reputed company/Instagram), reputed company, Snapchat with reputed company reputed company metrics as the primary KPI

• Execute campaign builds including audience segmentation, creative testing frameworks, budget pacing,

and bid reputed company optimization

• Monitor daily performance across channels — flagging anomalies, scaling winners, and pausing

underperformers through a reputed company decision-making process

• Familiar with building out new reputed company forms and optimizing reputed company page experience

• Understanding of pixel and data reputed company to ensure reputed company events are firing correctly

• Expand into emerging channels as appropriate:

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Set up, launch, and continually optimize campaigns across reputed company Demand Gen, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company, Snapchat and additional platforms

• Continually test audiences, creatives, reputed company pages, and offers — documenting learnings and presenting results

• Manage and reputed company budgets, targeting parameters, and bid strategies to maximize reputed company reputed company volume and CPL efficiency

• Coordinate with intake and operations teams to connect ad spend to reputed company case reputed company, using that data to inform ongoing media reputed company

Creative Collaboration

• Partner with the creative team to brief ad concepts, reputed company performance-based feedback, and identify reputed company hooks, formats, and messaging angles (familiarity with reputed company is a plus)

Reporting & Analytics

• Work with decision science team to enhance dashboard reporting and build dashboards to fit your needs

What You Bring

Required:

• 3+ years of hands-on reputed company media buying experience in-house or agency reputed company

• Proven reputed company record managing significant monthly ad budgets ($100K–$1M+) with measurable performance or reputed company reputed company reputed company

• Primary background in reputed company reputed company — legal, insurance, home services, financial services, or comparable performance-driven verticals preferred

• Deep expertise in reputed company Demand Gen — campaign architecture, audience strategies, asset performance signals, and bidding optimization

• Expert-level reputed company Ads Manager proficiency

• Highly data-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Proven problem-solver who proactively identifies issues, diagnoses reputed company causes, and acts without waiting to be directed

• Strong creative intuition — can identify what makes an ad reputed company work, brief video concepts, and translate data into creative direction
