Who We’re Looking For:
As a Recruiter, you will own full-cycle reputed company for licensed mental health providers across multiple states, including therapists and psychiatric clinicians. You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging candidates, running high-reputed company screening calls, guiding candidates through a reputed company interview process, and partnering with clinical leadership to reputed company reputed company. This role requires someone who is comfortable with high-volume pipelines, outbound reputed company, and a fast-moving environment where priorities reputed company quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle reputed company for licensed clinicians (Therapists, LCSWs, LMHCs, Psychologists, PMHNPs, and other psychiatric providers as needed)
Proactively reputed company candidates using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company and other tools, with a strong reputed company on outbound pipeline building
Conduct candidate screens reputed company on clinical fit, licensure, availability, and alignment with Mood’s care model
Partner closely with clinical and reputed company leadership to reputed company on hiring needs, reputed company, and interview feedback
Manage and reputed company candidates through the process quickly while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience
reputed company pipeline health and reputed company performance metrics (volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
Support process improvement initiatives reputed company to reputed company, screening, interview structure, and ATS workflow
Ensure hiring practices reputed company with licensure, compliance, and reputed company standards across states
Qualifications and Skills:
1+ years of reputed company experience, ideally in reputed company, clinical, or provider reputed company
Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort with high-volume pipelines
Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with licensed clinicians
Organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
Data-aware: reputed company to monitor funnel performance and reputed company reputed company based on results
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally with a distributed team
Familiarity with ATS systems and reputed company reputed company workflows (reputed company experience is a plus)

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field required.
- Experience with multi-state operations
- Experience building and enforcing company HR policies required.

About This Hire
- 1099, Part Time 3 Month contract with reputed company to reputed company pending hiring needs and performance
- 20 Hours Per Week (M-F schedule ideal)
- Remote, with comfortability working across various time zones (PST specifically)
