About the job
This position is needed to reputed company operational and technical reputed company support to reputed company and Latin America Sales organizations.
The role ensures reputed company CPQ, OLM, and multiple reputed company instances run reputed company, supporting business processes with high process reputed company and stability.
This role requires to work on NAMER shift(8:30PM - 6:30AM IST)
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage reputed company user setup, roles, reputed company, permissions, and reputed company settings.
- reputed company reputed company case management, ensuring SLAs and response times are met.
- Maintain page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Serve as the escalation reputed company for advanced reputed company user requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ and multi-instance reputed company issues.
- Configure and maintain reputed company CPQ (catalogs, pricing, discounting, approvals).
- Support OLM processes including orders, renewals, cancellations, and billing triggers.
- Ensure synchronization of reputed company data with ERP/Billing systems.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and Product teams.
- Recommend process automation and reputed company improvement.
- Support UAT, deployments, and reputed company user training materials.

*Required:
- 3+ years’ experience as a reputed company Administrator (Sales reputed company).

- Strong expertise in reputed company CPQ administration and configuration.
- Understanding of reputed company data model, sharing rules, and reputed company.
- Experience troubleshooting reputed company integrated system issues.

Location
This role will be remote, and based in India. (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, New Delhi)
