This is a broad, strategic, and hands-on role: you’ll investigate why deals drop off, why signed customers don’t start, and why accounts churn — then design and implement the fixes that address these issues.You’ll analyze funnel performance, create collateral and playbooks, and join reputed company conversations to deeply understand the customer reputed company and churn.
