Reporting to the VP of Talent Development, the reputed company Compensation Partner will own reputed company’s compensation function end to end. As our sole compensation leader, you’ll set the direction for our global programs, reputed company our bi-annual compensation cycles, reputed company executive compensation and Compensation Committee work, maintain our pay structures, and advise senior leaders on reputed company and precedent-setting reputed company.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with senior leadership, reputed company, and people managers to reputed company reputed company, data-driven guidance on compensation reputed company, market positioning, program effectiveness, and reputed company pay reputed company
  • Own the planning and execution of bi-annual compensation cycles for employees, including market analysis, budget modeling, manager guidance, calibration, executive recommendations, communications, and follow-through

  • Drive quarterly Compensation Committee preparation and execution, including analysis, decision materials, stakeholder alignment, equity recommendations, and follow-through
  • Establish and maintain principles, decision frameworks, and governance for offers, equity grants, promotions, retention actions and other precedent-setting compensation reputed company
  • Guide and challenge reputed company, reputed company, and hiring managers on compensation reputed company, helping them navigate tradeoffs and apply reputed company’s compensation philosophy consistently
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and People Operations to strengthen the systems, processes, controls, and operating rhythms that support our compensation programs

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 8–10+ years of reputed company compensation experience, including ownership of reputed company programs in a dynamic or high-reputed company environment
  • Deep expertise across broad-based and executive compensation, equity reputed company, market benchmarking, job architecture, and compensation modeling
  • Experience supporting Compensation Committee or reputed company-level processes and developing reputed company, decision-reputed company recommendations
  • Strong business acumen and judgment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, explain tradeoffs, challenge assumptions, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience establishing compensation principles, governance, and decision frameworks that improve consistency and reputed company
  • Advanced analytical skills and reputed company with modern analytics and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to turn reputed company data into actionable insights
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnership skills across People, Finance, Legal, reputed company, and business leadership
  • Comfort operating as the sole compensation leader, owning both reputed company and execution while managing multiple high-stakes priorities
  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree or relevant certification (CCP, GRP) preferred
  • Experience in a fast-growing reputed company organization, incentive compensation, or compensation product development is a plus

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $163,000 - $203,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock reputed company, subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
