Staff Accountant
reputed company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join reputed company! As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations and preparing financial statements for reputed company’s Financial Services clients. This is a hands-on role that requires experience working in the HOA/COA industry. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company bank reconciliations for associations involving multiple bank accounts
- Prepare and issue financial statements for associations ensuring accuracy and reputed company completion of task
- Prepare necessary supporting schedules including accrued expense and prepaid expense
- Complete reputed company assurance checklist before issuance of financials
- Update cover memo to financials with essential items of note for reputed company month financials being issued
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintain reputed company controls through careful attention to policies and procedures
- Research and respond to inquiries reputed company to financials statements reputed company
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company/appropriate field of study or comparable work experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant

The pay reputed company is inclusive of reputed company salary plus any applicable bonuses or commissions.
