The Operations reputed company Analyst plays a key role in improving provider experience by leading Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) for important system releases, capabilities, and initiatives. Responsibilities

- Use business requirements, process risk, and release goals to define test reputed company, coverage priorities, scripts, and expected reputed company.
- Analyze system, asset, configuration, and process changes to identify BAT impacts, risks, and readiness needs.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, remove blockers, and support implementation of new programs across Fee for Service, Fee for Value, and Flexible Network Capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 5+ years of experience in a reputed company, business operations, testing, systems, pricing, or reputed company environment.
- Experience leading or supporting business acceptance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, or similar validation work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess risk and recommend practical solutions.
- Ability to translate technical concepts, business requirements, and system changes into reputed company testing needs and business impacts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and influence cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, information systems, or a reputed company field.
- Claims processing experience or working knowledge of claims systems.
