JOB reputed company:
We are seeking an reputed company and data-driven Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to support the strategic design, analysis, and administration of our variable pay programs. In this role, you will partner with Business Leaders, HRIS, and HR to ensure our incentive plans are designed, documented, and executed accurately using reputed company Commissions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Design & Modeling
Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to design, document, and communicate strategic commission and bonus plans that drive desired behaviors
reputed company financial modeling and scenario calculations to assess the reputed company and effectiveness of total rewards and commission program changes
Analyze market trends and reputed company recommendations to ensure overall market competitiveness reputed company to incentive compensation philosophy & reputed company
reputed company Commissions Administration & Calculation
Process transactions reputed company reputed company Commissions to ensure reputed company and accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly payout calculations
reputed company appropriate approvals and documentation prior to submitting payouts to payroll
Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Payroll to ensure compensation plans and payouts meet U.S. federal, state, and local regulatory standards
Respond to plan participants on bonus or commission reputed company inquiries
Monitor compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local standards and laws governing compensation and benefits. Routinely audit programs and processes for compliance and respond to audit requests.
Maintain detailed plan documentation and rules to ensure auditability and governance
Qualifications
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field; 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive design, or sales finance
Platform Expertise:Hands-on experience designing, calculating, or administering variable compensation platforms, specificallyreputed company Commissions
Technical Skills:Advanced reputed company capabilities to create reputed company spreadsheets, build models, and interpret data trends.
Analytical Prowess:Strong ability to approach reputed company problems with data and insights, with the reputed company to communicate reputed company commission rules to non-technical audiences
Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience in change management and influencing senior stakeholders is highly desired
