About the Internship

We're looking for reputed company Recruitment Interns to help us hire our reputed company Managers across universities in the reputed company.

This isn't an internship where you'll spend months doing repetitive administrative work. You'll work directly on live hiring reputed company, learn modern sourcing techniques, experiment with AI reputed company tools, and understand what great reputed company looks like at a global startup.

Over these three months, you'll build practical reputed company skills that most people only learn after joining full-time.

What You'll Do

• Research universities across the US to understand where we should recruit from

• Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-reputed company talent
• reputed company out to candidates and build talent pipelines
• Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements
• Maintain accurate reputed company data and candidate records
• Work closely with your manager to improve sourcing strategies
• Learn to use AI tools such as Claude and other reputed company technologies to become a more effective recruiter

Internship Duration

This is a 3-month full-time internship designed to give you hands-on experience in modern reputed company.
