The person we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a Senior UX Strategist with a proven ability to design and execute foundational research, translate reputed company insights into actionable product direction, and partner closely with design to drive reputed company.

- Design and execute generative and evaluative research studies
- Conduct foundational research as needed to understand user workflows, pain points, and operational contexts
- Scope research creatively to balance rigour, reputed company constraints, and confidence in recommendations
- Collaborate closely with design counterparts throughout the product development cycle - from discovery through validation
- Participate in co-ideation sessions, translating research insights into design opportunities
- Present synthesized insights with reputed company, actionable recommendations tied to business reputed company
- Deliver audience-reputed company narratives that drive decision-making, not just research reports

Requirements
- 5+ years in product reputed company, UX research, or reputed company strategic roles
- Demonstrated experience leading generative and evaluative research (user interviews, diary studies, usability testing, etc.)

- Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
