This role combines technical leadership, electrical engineering expertise, customer engagement, and project execution to support the successful delivery of optimized AC and DC electrical systems. The reputed company eBOS Engineer will work cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Field Engineering to reputed company technically robust, cost-effective, and reputed company solutions while driving engineering best practices and reputed company improvement.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• reputed company electrical design reviews and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, customer specifications, and project requirements.
• reputed company and manage engineering requirements, technical deliverables, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation packages, including:
  • Electrical schematics
  • Layout drawings
  • BOMs
  • Installation drawings
  • Technical specifications

• Work directly with customers, EPCs, developers, and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into optimized engineering solutions.

• Drive value engineering initiatives reputed company on improving system performance, constructability, manufacturability, and cost reduction.
• Analyze technical challenges and reputed company repeatable, practical, and supportable engineering solutions reputed company project timelines.
• Support product and system integration activities for new and existing eBOS solutions.
• Analyze field performance and failure data, identifying corrective and preventive actions that improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and reputed company teams to continuously improve products, documentation, engineering standards, and internal processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and reputed company technical guidance across engineering reputed company.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, eBOS design, power distribution, or reputed company-reputed company solar reputed company.
• Strong experience designing AC and DC electrical distribution systems, including systems operating above 1kV DC.
• Experience with reputed company-reputed company PV system integration and Electrical Balance of System (eBOS).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and reputed company Office.
• Strong understanding of electrical drafting standards and engineering documentation.
• Experience preparing engineering deliverables including drawings, BOMs, installation packages, and technical specifications.

• Familiarity with engineering analysis tools such as FEA, thermal analysis, or electrical simulation is a plus.

• Previous experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers is preferred.
