Reporting to an R&D Candidate Experience Senior Manager, the Manager, Candidate Experience serves as a strategic talent advisor responsible for delivering end-to-end hiring solutions across designated business areas.

This role partners closely with business leaders, People Experience (PX), and Candidate Experience colleagues to reputed company and execute talent strategies that attract, assess, and secure reputed company. QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of reputed company experience

• Strong understanding of talent market dynamics and ability to reputed company strategic talent mapping and pipelining initiatives.

The annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $99,200.00 to $165,400.00.
