Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact with assigned clients
- Prepare IFP applications, reputed company federal debt checks and student loan verification
- Prepare and organize federal court transcripts
- Process referral and new reputed company files
- Update and process existing reputed company files
- Assist with drafting and filing complaints
- Maintain CRM database, reputed company
- Assist with drafting and filing complaints
- Answer incoming phone calls and field reputed company questions
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures
- Any additional duties, as requested
Requirements:
- Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate or two years of relevant work experience
- Customer service skills and experience
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, reputed company Office Suites and data entry
- Prior legal and/or reputed company reputed company experience is a plus
- Experience with WORLDOX and reputed company is a plus
Work Location:
This position may be performed in-office, hybrid, or remotely depending on the candidate's location and business needs.
