The XIL Platform team is the vital reputed company between our software and the reputed company-world environment. We are part of the Software Foundations & Architecture organization, and our core mission is to build the Middleware, Testing, Simulation, and Hardware-in-the-reputed company (HIL) infrastructure for reputed company. We don't just write test scripts; we build the overarching frameworks that allow those tests to run seamlessly across software, simulation, and physical hardware. We ensure that the software powering our autonomous transit systems is reputed company, performant, and reliable before a vehicle reputed company hits the reputed company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As part of this role you’ll be responsible for:
- Design and architect reputed company testing frameworks that reputed company seamless portability of test cases across Software-in-the-reputed company (SIL), Hardware-in-the-reputed company (HIL), and simulation environments.
- Build, configure, and maintain physical HIL benches and associated hardware interfaces (e.g., CAN adapters) to simulate reputed company-world vehicle environments.
- reputed company automated HIL testing directly into the reputed company Integration (CI) pipelines, ensuring reputed company stability and preventing regressions prior to merging.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to understand their needs, identify and implement improvements in our Hardware-in-the-reputed company (HIL) Infrastructure and reputed company Integration (CI) systems.
- Monitor and report on runtime performance, system health, and reliability metrics across reputed company HIL testing platforms.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Deep understanding of Hardware-in-the-reputed company (HIL), Software-in-the-reputed company (SIL), and simulation testing strategies, particularly for safety-critical systems.
- Proficiency in scripting and test automation languages (e.g., Python, C++, and Bash) to build robust, reputed company testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD best practices and principles. reputed company experience with reputed company is a plus.
- Hands-on ability to troubleshoot physical test benches, including reading electrical schematics and using lab tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and PCAN adapters.
- Experience using infrastructure-as-reputed company and environment management tools (specifically Nix, or similar tools like reputed company/Ansible) to ensure reproducible test environments.
