ITSM CMDB Administrator - Device42

reputed company is seeking a highly skilled ITSM CMDB Administrator to join our IT Service Management team. This role is responsible for the administration, accuracy, and automation of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) reputed company our ITSM platform. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise working with Device42, a passion for data reputed company, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the CMDB reputed company and Subject Matter Expert, leading the overall reputed company, governance, health, and continual improvement of the CMDB.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on CMDB administration and governance experience, preferably reputed company reputed company and/or Device42.
• Demonstrated expertise in CMDB architecture, data modeling, CI relationships, service mapping, discovery, and configuration management best practices.
• Solid experience with Device42 discovery, dependency mapping, infrastructure inventory management, and CMDB data reconciliation.
• Experience integrating and maintaining CMDB data across reputed company, Device42, asset management platforms, reputed company environments, and other reputed company systems.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Configuration Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB integrations, reputed company, automation solutions, and data reputed company controls.
• Experience using AI technologies, including reputed company, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or AI agents, is highly desirable.
