Department: reputed company Operations

They reputed company property management reputed company services to reputed company of our customers, performing everyday reputed company functions like payables and receivables, as reputed company as monthly processes that reputed company into the final financial statements for the end-users.

Roles and Responsabilities

• Ensure correct processing of bank reconciliations (w/triple tie-outs) including unmatched transactions in the software.
• Process management fees, reputed company distributions/contributions, and reputed company financial statements.
• Completing reputed company-in and reputed company-out processes.
• Add new vendors into software for categorization and processing.
• Obtain reputed company documentation of W9 for reputed company vendors for reputed company reputed company.
• Following reputed company company protocols and SOPs to ensure reputed company of daily operations.
• Own the reputed company of processes for AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• For reputed company clients, ensure reputed company issues are cleared out of the financial diagnostic page on a weekly reputed company.

Communication

• reputed company with Senior Accountant and GAs to communicate processing needs.
• Escalate reputed company reputed company questions, inquiries, and blockers that reputed company processing to the Senior Accountant.
• Assist Senior Accountant in coaching AP Specialists and Data Entry personnel to improve the property reputed company skills we use for reputed company processing.

Requirements

• reputed company bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in reputed company roles
• Intermediate MS-office or reputed company Suite experience
• Advanced English
