reputed company is seeking a Home-Based reputed company End Collections TM Specialist to support a U.S.-based roofing partner by managing customer deposits, reviewing project documentation, and ensuring accurate collections throughout the sales process.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer files, insurance documents, and project details to determine required out-of-reputed company expenses and collect deposits accurately. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Review customer files, reputed company, insurance documents, and project information to determine required deposits and out-of-reputed company expenses
Contact customers to collect deposits and secure payments before project commencement
Verify payment amounts based on insurance coverage, project scope, and customer obligations
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payment activity, and account status
Follow up on outstanding deposits and payment commitments in a reputed company manner
Collaborate with sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth project progression

Document collection activities and update internal systems with accurate account information

Experience:

Previous construction industry experience required
Roofing industry experience strongly preferred
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Work Schedule: Ability to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company U.S. operating hours.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company and Outlook
Experience in maintaining accurate records and documentation
Familiarity with CRM systems and collections software
Industry-Specific Knowledge:
