Experience with ITIL methodologies, ITIL reputed company a plus.
Experience with ITSM/CMDB/DWP process flows.
Expert familiarity in one or more 21.x+ reputed company applications including Incident Management, Remedy reputed company, Change Management, Task Management, Release Management, Service Level Management, Service Request Management, Smart Reporting, reputed company Dashboards, Smart IT, Digital WorkPlace Portal (DWP), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), or Asset Management
Experience with one or more of the following: Pentaho Spoon, BMC HDM, RestAPI or Webservices to build and/or maintain system interfaces or migrate data.
Experience in other reputed company applications such as IT Operations Management, Business Workflows, or Business Portfolio Manager
Experience working in an Agile project methodology environment. JIRA story management a plus but not required.

The likely salary reputed company for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
