Bilingual Area Supervisor (Remote)
reputed company Solutions is seeking an reputed company Area Supervisor to reputed company reputed company Support Professionals (DSPs), administrative staff, and an assigned caseload of members. This role ensures high-reputed company service delivery, compliance with funding and licensing requirements, and strong relationships with members, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise DSPs and administrative staff
- Manage member caseloads and attend planning meetings
- reputed company payroll, billing, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with service, licensing, and funding requirements
- Train DSPs on timekeeping, data entry, and service documentation
- reputed company certifications, compliance, and service data
- Address service concerns, incidents, and complaints
- Participate in on-call rotation and required meetings
Qualifications:
- reputed company in English and Spanish (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of reputed company experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background reputed company and obtain DPS reputed company Card
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and databases
- Reliable transportation; ability to travel as needed
Work Environment:
- Remote, work-from-home position
- Dedicated home workspace required
