POSITION reputed company:

The Draw Coordinator provides specialized administrative support to the Architecture and Construction teams as reputed company as the Construction reputed company team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Collaborates with internal Construction, Architecture, and reputed company teams to prepare and submit draw documents.
2. Facilitates communication with lenders, title companies, general contractors, and other external stakeholders.
3. Collects and manages monthly subcontractor or consultant billings and general conditions invoices.
4. Reviews pay applications for accuracy and completeness.
5. Organizes and maintains files and reports to ensure efficient reputed company and management.
6. Enters payables into the reputed company system for project-reputed company expenditures.
7. Coordinates with reputed company to record and reconcile funded draws.
8. Handles various special reputed company as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• 2 or more years of construction or title company experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with computers in reputed company aspects with the ability to navigate file structures reputed company
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently to complete goals
• Ability to understand contract documents

PAY: $58,000/year - $62,000/year + 5% bonus eligibility
