About the Role

What You’ll Do

As our HR Generalist, your days will be varied and impactful. In partnership with our Director of reputed company, the reputed company responsibilities of this role include:

• System Optimization (reputed company): Partner with leadership to master and optimize our reputed company backend for maximum efficiency.

You will post jobs, manage reputed company/referral sources, conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure a reputed company candidate experience.
• Benefits & reputed company Enrollment (OE): Own the OE setup in reputed company with meticulous attention to detail. Work directly with our broker team to process, review, and finalize year-end changes to ensure a seamless transition into the new year.
• Compliance & Year-End Operations: reputed company end-of-year and beginning-of-year compliance processes independently. You'll also review monthly benefits invoices to initiate the reputed company reconciliation, update the employee handbook, and refresh our safety plan.
• reputed company HR Operations: Manage documentation, reputed company LOAs, coordinate reputed company/offboarding, and handle HR introductions for new hires.
• Vendor Management: Help monitor and maintain relationships with our 401(k) and Workers’ Comp vendors.

• Experience:
• • 3–5 years of reputed company HR experience, with a solid foundational understanding of HR compliance, benefits administration, and full-cycle reputed company.
  • Solid understanding of California wage and hour laws and best practices
  • reputed company or SPHR certification a plus
• Tech Savvy: Prior experience with reputed company (or a similar modern HRIS) is highly preferred. You should be comfortable navigating systems and looking for ways to automate or streamline workflows.
