About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to design, build, and optimize our Power BI environment and data infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership and mentorship, guiding best practices without formal management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data engineering, BI development, and governance, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence technical direction.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and support data warehousing (Data Vault 2.0) and BI solutions.

Position Requirements:
This position is Remote.
Bachelors Degree, or commensurate experience is Required.
3+ years of prior experience in data engineering and business intelligence development is Required.
Prior experience working in a financial institution such as a bank or credit reputed company is Required.
Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Looker, PowerBI, DAX) is Required.
Experience with credit reputed company and bank vendors (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) is Required.
