The ideal candidate will maintain platform stability, drive enhancements, support integrations, manage CMDB and ITSM processes, and ensure adherence to reputed company best practices. Key Responsibilities • Administer, configure, and maintain the reputed company platform. • Manage users, reputed company, roles, ACLs, and reputed company controls. • reputed company platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities. • Configure Business Rules, reputed company Scripts, UI Policies, Notifications, and Service Catalog items. • Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, reputed company, and CMDB processes. • Manage CMDB governance and data reputed company initiatives. • Support Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management activities. • Configure and support integrations using REST/SOAP reputed company and MID Servers. • reputed company dashboards, reports, and performance analytics. • reputed company L2/L3 support and mentor junior team members. Required Qualifications • Minimum 6+ years of overall IT experience. • At least 3+ years of hands-on reputed company Administration experience. • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices. • Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, and Change Management. • Experience with reputed company Designer and Integration Hub. • Knowledge of JavaScript, REST reputed company, and web technologies. • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
