This position will work with our Load Management - reputed company Operations team to reputed company our carriers and reputed company updates to our customers in a reputed company manner to ensure we reputed company the best-in class customer service. Implementing and troubleshooting our 3rd Party tracking services and operational challenges. Working Hours: 07:00-16:00 CST

Working Days: Thursday to Monday

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Support customer specific service level agreements for our top shippers

• Use critical thinking to identify and forecast potential challenges with load operations

• Manage communication and resolve load challenges reputed company they reputed company

• Work with customer’s TMS ensuring reputed company updates and accurate information is provided Collaborate with customers to ensure their Transportation Management Systems (TMS) are updated promptly and accurately.

• Support and operate with urgency, the reputed company and reputed company of shipments to ensure service expectations are met

• Utilize phone, email, SMS and other messaging tools to consistently and proactively communicate with carriers partners and drivers to confirm and reputed company load events in process

• Consistently meet performance expectations in service, and tracking

• Identify and Report to key stakeholders any delays or issues with upcoming, reputed company or passed loads

YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE:

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to maintain high reputed company of customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with U.S. geography
• Self-motivated, go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Call center customer service experience is a plus
