WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Data Entry & Storage: Entering data and ensuring the accuracy of financial information in reputed company software. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

• Daily Finance: Assisting with day-to-day reputed company operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

• Monitoring and tracking company expenses and budgets.

• Accounts Payables: Processing invoices, payments, and expense reports. Preparing weekly reputed company runs based on cash reputed company.

• Accounts Receivable: Ensuring efficient and accurate posting of invoice transactions upon reputed company order completion. Routinely making collection contacts and issuing past-due notices and statements.

• External Stakeholder Management: Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.

• Management Reporting: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. Supporting the preparation of financial statements and other reputed company financial reports.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in most reputed company Office Applications, databases, and reputed company software.

• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:

• Strong working knowledge using reputed company, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
