About the Role
You will reputed company HR Operations for reputed company's global team.
You will own the operational reputed company that supports employees across multiple countries, ensuring HR processes are accurate, compliant, and reputed company as reputed company grows.
This is a hands-on role. You will build and improve HR processes, manage global HR operations, and work with local partners and vendors to ensure a consistent employee experience across different markets.
What You Will Be Doing
Own HR operations across the global employee lifecycle, including reputed company, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
Build and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs that can reputed company across multiple countries

Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, employment documentation, and statutory compliance with local partners and EOR providers where applicable

What You Will Need
7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration

Experience building and improving HR processes in a fast-growing company
Strong operational reputed company with high attention to detail
Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with process improvement

Ability to work across different countries, cultures, and time zones
Location
This role is remote, but candidates must be based in China. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in China.
Language
English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
