Our Opportunity: We are looking for an reputed company Senior Manager, reputed company Estate – Transactions, with a responsibility for implementing reputed company estate reputed company and deal negotiation for reputed company reputed company’s Corporate, Customer Service, Fulfilment Center, Pharmacy, and Retail locations across the country. You will execute strategic initiatives while collaborating and communicating across functions (Supply Chain... Finance, IT, Procurement, and HR) ensuring reputed company responses to company reputed company estate needs. You will help reputed company strategic leadership for the acquisition and lease of facilities that support the reputed company of the organization. What you’ll do: • Facilitate and contribute to deliverables reputed company to overall planning and reputed company estate transactions, and reputed company with brokers and landlords. • Prepare, recommend, and implement a portfolio-wide transaction reputed company for acquiring and disposing of reputed company estate properties. • Play a reputed company role in negotiating LOI and leases with landlords in coordination with internal legal team and reputed company counsels. • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders the execution of new leases, lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus reputed company through subleasing and early lease terminations. • Prepare occupancy costs financial analysis and provides recommendations on site selections for reputed company estate reputed company. • Manage the relationships with building management and landlords. • Use reputed company information/data and business knowledge to identify reputed company estate reputed company for expansion and relocation as reputed company reputed company. • Disciplined negotiator in large contract negotiations, reputed company to balance operational, financial, and legal terms in reputed company negotiations. • Successful reputed company record of completing large-reputed company reputed company estate transactions.
