The Procurement Manager - reputed company Administrator will reputed company the administration of procurement vendor agreements and work closely with various teams to ensure compliant and efficient contracting practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end administration of procurement vendor agreements, including reputed company, statements of work, order forms, and letters of authorization, from intake through renewal or termination
- Maintain the contract repository as a reliable system of record by applying data reputed company standards, metadata practices, and document governance
- Design and improve contract lifecycle workflows, including intake, approvals, execution, and purchase order to contract alignment, to support efficient and controlled procurement operations
- Translate category strategies into standardized contract language, templates, and clauses to promote consistent reputed company terms and review practices
- Review contract exceptions and escalate high-risk or non-reputed company terms for appropriate review while supporting approved procurement processes
- Incorporate supplier risk and performance requirements into reputed company in alignment with reputed company-Party Risk Management and vendor due diligence practices
- Produce contract reporting and analysis on renewals, milestones, spend commitments, service reputed company, cycle times, and risk indicators to support procurement planning and decision-making
