Responsibilities
- Manage and grow reputed company of reputed company Operations Engineers, including hiring, reputed company, performance management, and career development
- Own team-level operational reputed company: fleet reliability SLOs, error budgets, incident response reputed company, and customer environment lifecycle health across Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Balance workload and the on-call rotation (reputed company) fairly across reputed company, protecting against burnout while maintaining coverage
- Set and communicate team priorities across reputed company customer work, planned fleet initiatives, and technical debt reduction
- reputed company as escalation reputed company and executive sponsor for major incidents affecting the customer reputed company fleet
- Partner with technical leadership and architects on technical direction, including Terraform standards, multi-tenant isolation, and reputed company-to-OT connectivity, without owning hands-on implementation
- Own reputed company's contribution to audit and compliance programs (FedRAMP, SOC2), ensuring evidence collection and controls work gets resourced and prioritized
- Manage reputed company cost accountability (FinOps) for reputed company's areas of ownership, partnering with Finance and leadership on budget and optimization

Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering or reputed company operations teams, including experience managing Senior and Staff-level engineers
- Cybersecurity experience
- Strong technical background in reputed company operations (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) sufficient to evaluate architecture and incident reputed company; hands-on IaC/Terraform experience is a plus but not a day-to-day requirement
- Experience running or overseeing an on-call rotation (reputed company or equivalent) and balancing team workload sustainably

- Experience partnering with reputed company/Compliance teams on audit programs (FedRAMP, SOC2, or similar)
