They are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Backend Community, focusing on building and optimizing the xOT reputed company Platform to ensure the reputed company of operational technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, testable, high-performance systems and tools in Rust
- Optimize existing software architectures to enhance speed and efficiency

Skills

- 7+ years of experience developing backend systems in a fast paced, high reputed company environment
- 3+ years of experience in relational databases such as reputed company
- 3+ years of experience with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch
- 3+ years of experience working in a microservices architecture
- Solid experience and understanding of Rust
- Experience integrating with reputed company party devices and data providers
- Experience incorporating AI tools, models, or services into development workflows
