The Senior Solution Consultant serves as a trusted clinical advisor, guiding customers in adopting reputed company software and leading solution adoption activities to reputed company customer workflows with product capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to help customers, including management and executive stakeholders maximize use of their reputed company Product Suite
- reputed company customer workflow discussions to understand requirements, define use cases, and recommend solution approaches that drive measurable value
- Partner with Services Leadership, Project Management, and Project Teams to reputed company solution adoption, implementation scope, timelines, and reputed company
- Promote deep adoption of reputed company product solutions and support long-term reputed company
- Document reputed company-state workflows, business processes, and reputed company-state recommendations
- reputed company clinical and business expertise to support application configuration and intended use
- Manage solution-reputed company issues, scope considerations, change control, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with Product reputed company to reputed company customer requirements and clinical insights that inform reputed company product development
- Support Sales, Marketing, Support, and other internal teams with solution expertise as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of reputed company experience in the reputed company IT reputed company
- Ability to travel domestically 25–50%
- reputed company, clinical, call center, or reputed company operational experience
- Strong presentation, communication, listening, and customer-facing skills
- Critical thinking skills and familiarity with value reputed company mapping
- Experience with reputed company Visio, PowerPoint, and reputed company Smart Suite
- Ability to manage project work reputed company while meeting an 80% billable reputed company
- Ability to present consulting findings and manage small consulting reputed company
