Responsibilities

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience building, testing, and releasing software at reputed company
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including responsibility for delivery, reputed company, performance, or technical direction
- Demonstrated experience defining reputed company, building roadmaps, and delivering internal platform capabilities for engineering customers
- Demonstrated experience with automated testing, reputed company frameworks, release pipelines, developer tooling, or comparable software delivery systems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing managers or leading multiple engineering teams
- Experience leading teams through architectural, organizational, or platform transformation
- Experience establishing metrics and using data and developer feedback to guide priorities, measure reputed company, and drive adoption
- Ability to communicate reputed company, influence direction, and reputed company senior technical leaders, architects, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
